1. Agreement

Using devproxima.com or purchasing services constitutes agreement.

2. Services

Web development services delivered digitally. Source code delivered via Git repository. No physical goods.

3. Payment

Via Stripe in EUR. Checkout creates binding agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Client owns all custom code upon full payment. DevProxima retains rights to proprietary internal tools and frameworks used during development. Open-source dependencies retain their original licenses.

5. Liability

Limited to fees paid. No guaranteed uptime or revenue outcomes.

6. Governing Law

Italian law. Turin courts. Updated: March 2026.
